Refund policy

Return window:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Condition requirements:
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for their own return shipping cost.

Refund method and timing:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5 to 10] business days of us receiving the returned item.

Exchanges vs. refunds:
Return your original item for a refund and place a separate order.

Policy acknowledgment:
By submitting a return or refund request, the customer confirms they have read and agree to these terms. Keep a timestamped copy of this acceptance, the checkout footer link plus this return-request screen, since it becomes your first piece of evidence if the same order is later disputed with the card issuer instead of resolved through the return.
